Minimum Qualifications  

  • License in Oregon:   RN and   PMHNP license in the state of Oregon, and the state in which you reside (open to: OR, WA, ID, AZ, TX, and NV residency). 
  • Experience: Providing psychological services to clients who have complex, multiple diagnosis histories. Experience documenting services to meet Medicaid/OHP standards preferred . Clinical training and experience with trauma informed treatment models and interventions for children and families with complex trauma and attachment difficulties.  
  • Bi-lingual Spanish: Preferred but not required.  
  • Location: REMOTE ! Priority will be given to applicants from Oregon.  

Schedule Requirements  

  • This is a full-time W-2 position with the expectation of a 40-hour workweek.  
Here is how the 40 hours are structured over four days :  
  • Flexible Work Week : Choose your days! Example schedules include Monday-Thursday, Tuesday-Friday, or Wednesday-Saturday. If you prefer to work a fifth day, you’re welcome to, but it is not required. We offer flexibility to design a schedule that works for you.  
  • Client-Facing Hours: 29 hours per week, scheduled within your selected schedule.
  • Collaboration Hours: 4 hours per week, scheduled at noon on each of your working days. You must be available during this time . One of these collaboration hours will include a weekly team meeting.  
  • Administration Hours: 5 hours per week for completing notes and other administrative tasks.  
  • Flex Hours: 2 hours per week to cover any missed or rescheduled appointments, or to catch up on anything from the week. Flex hours will always be on your last scheduled workday. For example, if you work Monday-Thursday, your flex hours will be on Thursday.  

Role Expectations:  

  • Complete notes within 48 hours. 
  • Attend weekly group consultations with your team. 
  • Collaborate with integrated care team in support of clients being stepped up or stepped down. 
  • Collaborate with Brightways therapists in respect to mutual clients.
