日本語で受診ができる地域密着型のクリニックとして長年診療を続けて来られている医院にて、一般内科をご担当いただける医師を募集しています。患者様との信頼関係を築きやすく、感謝される実感のある環境です。将来的にクリニック運営、マネジメントへのキャリアアップの可能性もございます。

＜主な仕事内容＞

• 外来診療（一般的な内科疾患が中心）
• 必要に応じて外来患者へのリファーラル対応
• 健康診断対応
• その他、事務・サービス業務　
  *On-callなし

＜応募要件＞

• 米国内での就業許可要
• 日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル
• 患者様に寄り添う姿勢をお持ちの方
• 内科専門医資格（ABIM）を有するMD／DO
• カリフォルニア州有効医師免許
• 有効なDEA登録証明

＜勤務時間＞　9:00 〜 5:00／月〜金

＜勤務地＞　 Torrance, CA 90505（in-person）

＜給与＞　 年俸 $200,000〜$230,000　＊経験により異なります。

About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join a long-established, community-focused Japanese-language clinic that has been providing high-quality primary care for many years.

We welcome physicians who value patient-centered care and can provide thoughtful, attentive medical services to a diverse patient base.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care for general internal medicine conditions, including acute illnesses and chronic disease management
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
• Perform preventive care and routine physical examinations
• Carry out related administrative and patient service duties
  ＊No on-call responsibilities (outpatient only)

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese
• MD/DO with Board Certification in Internal Medicine (ABIM)
• Active California Medical License
• Valid DEA Certificate in good standing
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  

Work Hours
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday through Friday)

Compensation
$200,000 $230,000 per year (DOE)
*Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
