Job Description
The
Inventory and Fulfillment Specialist plays a pivotal role in keeping the party alive! From managing product ordering, forecasting trends, and customers can get the product they want when they want them, this position is all about driving customer enjoyment. You'll be the mastermind behind accurate inventory levels, seamless shipping and receiving operations, and coordinating work-from-home assembly teams.

What You’ll Do: 1. Product Ordering & Sourcing - Manage stock replenishment for existing 1500 SKUs, ensuring no interruptions in availability on Amazon.
- Order new products as we develop and build out existing product lines in 2025.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure competitive pricing and consistent quality.
2. Forecasting & Inventory Management - Analyze sales trends to forecast inventory needs and plan ahead for seasonal demands.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop strategies to optimize inventory turnover while controlling costs.
3. Shipping & Receiving Operations - Receive and verify incoming shipments meet quantity and quality expectations.
- Organize all raw materials and finished products in our MN warehouse.
- Preform all aspects of outbound shipping to Amazon, ensuring compliance with Amazon guidelines including packing and palletizing.
- Resolve shipping-related issues with carriers and partners as needed.
4. Work-from-Home Assembly Coordination - Coordinate remote assembly teams to prepare and package products.
- Monitor quality standards for all assembly work.
- Track and replenish assembly components to prevent delays.
What We’re Looking For - Experience: Proven success in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities to accurately forecast and plan inventory needs.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in inventory management software and tools.
- Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Organized: Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities.
Location: You will be working from a co-warehouse facility that is climate controlled. We have our own secure unit within this building.
