The Junior Graphic Designer will report to the Director, Brand Design & Experience. The Junior Graphic Designer will help identify brand appropriate, customer centric design solutions to deliver on IEHP’s business goals, ensure consistency, and provide a foundation for future enhancements. The incumbent will also provide design support on digital and print marketing campaigns, and create items including, but not limited to: designer illustrations, brochures, posters, banner adds, kiosk graphics, and splash screens.

Education & Requirements
One (1) year of relevant experience
Experience with designing for social-first, performance campaigns (grabbing consumer's attention and inspiring action within noisy feed environment)
Adobe Creative Suite Systems: Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop and Mac OS experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field from an accredited institution required
Key Qualifications
Must have a valid California Driver’s license
UX Industry standards and best practices, typography, and color theory
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Figma
Requires strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail
Juggle multiple tasks and take them to completion even if the final tasks are outside their comfort zone
General office environment; using computer keyboard and screens; travel within California for events as needed

$27.43 USD Hourly - $35.66 USD Hourly
