Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop and execute cohesive design concepts.
• Create detailed CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations independently using Revit and SketchUp (proficiency required).
• Assist with space planning, material selections, and furnishing layouts in alignment with client goals and CKC Custom Homes’ brand aesthetic.
• Maintain project timelines and deadlines, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between design and construction teams.
• Participate in on-site meetings and walkthroughs to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Interact with clients professionally to gather input, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in custom home building or an interior design firm.
• Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp without assistance is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and high-end materials.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
