Job Title Junior Scrum Master

Role:- Remote

Contract Role

Experience-3 to 6 years

Note:- Healthcare Domain

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
Defining and managing project schedules, resources and delivery commitments
Managing Scrum standup meetings
Setting up tasks using the CA Agile Central tool
Performing data collection and analysis activities using MS Excel
Conducting weekly project meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and the project is kept on target
Collaborating with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure successful outcomes
Creating/Updating project status reports for program rollup and management review
Mitigating and managing project risks and issues

Skills

Must have

Experience in managing IT Projects, initiatives and deliverables.
Infra experience and exposure to Network /security/hosting
Experience with Integration processes & practices, methodologies and terminology Excellent collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills. Experience with hardware and software provisioning, procurement, contract interpretation and or compliance policies and processes.
Understanding of IT experience (Infrastructure, Networking and Datacenter Migration), including Microsoft email solutions. Analysis of requirements and documentation. Project Issue and Risk mitigation/resolution. Implementation/Deployment plan creation and management.
Project Communication and follow-up. Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical project deployments of varying complexity across global team.
Strong experience utilizing SDLC and Integration methodologies to complete project implementation/deployments.

Nice to have

PMP Cert is a plus

Experience in HW/email Migrations is a plus
