Job Description

A well-established cosmetics product manufacturer is seeking a Quality Control Specialist with approximately 5 years of experience in product testing, compliance, and manufacturing standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a cosmetics, skincare, or personal care environment , ensuring product consistency and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced production setting.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products
  
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations
  
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and laboratory tools
  
• Investigate non-conformities and support root cause analysis
  
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to maintain consistent product quality
  
• Document and report inspection results and recommend corrective actions
  

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of quality control experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or a related manufacturing industry
  
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and documentation procedures
  
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
  
• Experience with GMP, HACCP, or ISO systems is a plus
