Our technicians provide window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing and professional holiday lighting. Our crews are a tight-knit team, and the owners and managers truly value and listen to our employees. We live and lead by our core values:

What we offer our technicians:

• A competitive and livable wage
• Training is $20/hr for the first 5 days for those comfortable on ladders
• After training, it's performance pay and techs earn an average of $24-$32/hr their first year
• Bonuses! Tips! And opportunities to earn over $40/hr some days!
• $500-$1000 sign-on bonus for 1 year or more professional window cleaning experience! 1/2 after 3 full-time months and 1/2 after 6 full-time months. Less than 1 year may still be eligible for a smaller bonus.

Work Schedule: usually 7:30-3:30, but the end of the day varies and we work until 5 many days in the fall. We work year-round, but employees have the option to take some winter months off, receive 50% of their average paycheck during their time off, and receive a come-back bonus.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Must live within 30 minutes of our office
• Ability to lift, carry and climb extension ladders with no problem (some extension ladders weigh over 60lbs)
• Ability to work from non-steep roofs 20-30 ft high
• Ability to work 9 to 10-hr days frequently
