Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a licensed Esthetician and Electrologist to perform non-invasive laser hair removal services. We train our professionals to perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.

A Day in the Life

• Perform all laser hair removal treatments within our established treatment protocols and procedures
• Educate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations
• Work autonomously with guests to achieve their laser hair removal goals
• Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals
• Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world class service
• Record clear and accurate documentation 
• Ensure a professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients
• Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality

Requirements

• Passionate about providing excellent service
• Ability to connect with guests and build genuine relationships
• Full-time position, willing to work flexible days and hours
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Be able to visually assess the guest’s skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
• Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)

Education and Experience 

• Esthetician License (Required)
• Electrolysis License (Required for Florida)
• 1-3 years of experience
• Experience with Candela preferred
• Previous sales experience is preferred
