What’s Next

We are currently hiring for a Laser Welder Technician . This role is crucial for supporting the lab in meeting work orders by welding and soldering wires and fit-bands onto orthodontic appliances.

Responsibilities Include:

• Reading and interpreting doctor prescriptions and preferences to fulfill work orders accurately
• Welding and soldering wires and fit-bands per prescription specifications
• Cleaning and polishing completed welds/solders before forwarding to the quality check department
• Making necessary adjustments to ensure quality and precision
• Other duties as assigned, including occasional administrative tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., pliers, lathes) and welding/soldering tools
• Ability to follow detailed instructions based on job orders and doctor specifications
• Strong attention to detail

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
