This role is posted for our spring/summer 2025 season! What will you do in this job?:
The Laundry Supervisor trains, supervises and creates the schedules for laundry staff. As Laundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily laundering and folding of Lodge linen and for the safe and efficient operation of laundry equipment. You will perform daily inspections and maintenance of laundry equipment. You will work with team members within your department and others to complete the following tasks:
- Supervise, train and provide leadership to the Laundry Attendants
- Safely operate laundry equipment; launder, fold and organize all Lodge linens
- Fill linen orders and maintain specific linen inventories
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Bending, lifting and standing for long hours required
- Ability to multi-task, self-motivated
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and motivate staff
