The Job

We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Legal Assistant to help manage internal legal operations and provide support to attorneys and legal departments. Recent college graduates and entry-level talent are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Be Doing As A Legal Assistant:

  • Assist attorneys and legal teams with administrative tasks, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining case files.
  • Research laws, regulations, and legal articles to assist with case preparation.
  • Maintain and organize legal filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for legal professionals.
  • Communicate with clients and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on cases.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and protocols.

  • Dependability - Be reliable, responsible, and utilize good judgment in fulfilling obligations.
  • Attention to Detail - Ensure that information is accurate and complete, and spot errors or inconsistencies in documentation.
  • Analytical Thinking - Approach tasks by considering all the individual parts and their relationship with one another, using logic to create solutions.

Salary:

  • $40,000 - $50,000

Requirements To Be A Legal Assistant:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software programs (preferred but not required)
  • Interest in pursuing a legal career or gaining experience in a legal setting
