Responsibilities:

• Oversee service orders and manage the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Take ownership of the customer experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression
• Provide concierge-level support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, ensuring every customer is well cared for
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers
• Distribute work efficiently between technicians
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain Customer Success Index (CSI) at or above company standards
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary
• Oversee administration of warranty claims and assist with training and supervising the service department
• Reinforce company policies and encourage compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain strong working relationships with factory representatives and foster positive employee relations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a service advisor or in automotive service is required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Organized and friendly personality
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Excellent time management skills
• Fantastic communication skills with customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Consistent record of service and sales success
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Team-oriented and self-motivated, able to work with little supervision
