Get to Know Your Team: * UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 502 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Responsibilities

Perform all procedures relevant to breast imaging
Utilize a comprehensive approach to breast health in accordance with departmental policy at the three sites of service: the Breast Care Center, off-site screening mammography service, and the mobile mammography van
Participate in required technical and program continuous quality improvement activities and demonstrate exceptional patient service skills

Qualifications Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology
One year as a Radiologic technologist
One year as a mammography technologist
Currently certified AART and Texas Department of Health
Certified in mammography
CPR certified
American Cancer Society certified Breast Self Exam instructor

Preferred Job Requirements * Mobile mammography experience
