As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, AMS to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across the Americas region.

The Opportunity:

As the Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, AMS, you will play a critical role in leading recruitment strategies, developing high-performing teams, and driving hiring excellence across our Americas (AMS) region. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable hiring strategies that align with Flywire’s ambitious growth goals.

What You’ll Do:

Talent Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to support Flywire’s rapid growth in AMS.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing recruiters, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed.
  • Partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive data-driven decision-making through recruitment analytics, reporting on key hiring metrics, and optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with global TA peers to implement best practices and standardize processes across regions.

Stakeholder & Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on best hiring practices and delivering top-tier talent solutions.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives are embedded in all recruitment efforts.
  • Serve as a talent market expert, providing insights on competitive hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and employer branding opportunities.

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Strengthen Flywire’s employer brand in AMS through targeted talent engagement initiatives, social media presence, and university partnerships.
  • Represent Flywire at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Foster relationships with key external partners, including recruitment agencies, job boards, and talent communities.

Qualifications



Here's What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting across various functions, including sales, engineering, operations, and corporate roles.
  • A data-driven approach to recruitment, with proficiency in using ATS, analytics tools, and reporting to drive hiring strategy.
  • Passion for DEI and experience embedding inclusive hiring practices into recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (Tech, SaaS, FinTech preferred).
