Job Description

Are you looking to join a true values-based team that will enrich your summer learning experience and expand your knowledge and skills related to the construction industry? Gallagher Asphalt is seeking Summer Interns for 2024 to provide hands-on involvement in our daily operations, offering valuable experience in the asphalt paving industry!

Each Internship position is a 12 week (May – August), in-person, full-time, paid position based out of our Thornton, IL Headquarters.

Gallagher Asphalt is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing, Communications or Business Management student for a Marketing Internship within our People and Culture Department. This hands-on role offers experience in social media content creation, event planning, employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, marketing strategy development, wellness and safety programs, and a variety of special projects throughout the construction season. This internship will provide valuable skills in brand marketing, project management and digital content creation within the construction industry.
