About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives in Irvine, California. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the lifestyle and hospitality industries and the proven ability to drive successful marketing campaigns, events, and digital strategies. As part of our team, you'll be focused on creating impactful campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Marketing:
+ Lead planning and execution of marketing for events, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize event promotion and audience engagement.
Digital Marketing:
+ Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO/SEM, PPC, and targeted advertising.
+ Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
UX (User Experience) Strategy:
+ Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize user experience on digital platforms.
+ Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with user-centric strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
Email Marketing:
+ Create and manage email campaigns that nurture leads, engage existing audiences, and drive conversions.
+ Analyze campaign performance to deliver insights and recommendations for improvement.
Social Media Marketing:
+ Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, organic reach, and engagement.
+ Manage content calendars across platforms, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
Media Relations:
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets to maximize PR opportunities.
+ Lead press release development and media campaigns to enhance brand credibility and exposure.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Preferred Industry Experience: Proven marketing experience in the lifestyle and/or hospitality industries.
+ Skillset Expertise:
+ Event marketing
+ Digital marketing
+ Email marketing
+ UX optimization
+ Social media marketing
+ Media relations
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a results-driven mindset.
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
