The primary responsibility of a Membership Sales Representative is to effectively recruit new members into the club through active prospecting, referral programs, and community outreach, as well as to provide excellent customer service to our existing members. Through an effective sales process, the Membership Rep is expected to produce consistent sales efforts in order to exceed both personal and team sales goals.
