Key Responsibilities:
Provide ethical, culturally-sensitive counseling and case management to clients with mental health needs.
Diagnose and create personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs.
Offer psychoeducation on topics like relapse prevention, treatment processes, and behavioral patterns.
Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including intake forms, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients, including referrals to additional support services.
Provide crisis intervention when needed, ensuring timely support and guidance for clients.
Engage in regular supervision and continuous professional development.
Advocate for clients and facilitate treatment and disposition planning.
Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to support the overall well-being of your clients.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field (Required).
Experience: Six months of clinical experience in a clinical setting (Preferred). New graduates are welcome to apply!
Licensure: Maryland LMSW/LCPC/LCSW or equivalent (Required). Clinical Psychologist also welcome.
Specialty Areas: Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, and general behavioral health.
Skills: Experience with substance use disorders, clinical counseling, and behavioral health care.
Caseload Expectations:
Full-Time: Caseload of 28 clients
Part-Time: Caseload of 16 clients

Requirements:
Ability to reliably commute to Baltimore, MD, or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).
Experience in addiction counseling, clinical counseling, or behavioral health (Required).
