Position: Teletherapy Clinician (Remote) or In-Person Therapist (Livonia, MI Area)

Geriatric Care
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Strength-Based Counseling
Motivational Interviewing
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Psychoanalytic Therapy
Holistic and Integrative Therapy

Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic services to individuals and families in both medical and community settings
Conduct thorough assessments to understand patients' psycho-social needs
Develop and implement personalized care plans to support patient goals
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Assist patients and families in navigating community resources and support services
Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
Advocate for patients to ensure they receive the best care possible
Keep accurate documentation of patient interactions and progress
Supervise and guide limited license social workers, providing mentorship and feedback
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Therapy license preferred (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent)
Experience in medical social work is a plus
Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
Licensed to practice in Michigan
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for providing high-quality care and making a difference in people's lives
