Job Title : Network Security Engineer

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification:

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage secure network architectures.
Configure and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and security appliances.
Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities and vulnerabilities.
Perform security risk assessments and penetration testing.
Implement zero-trust security models and access controls.
Respond to security incidents, breaches, and forensic investigations.
Work with IT teams to ensure compliance with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.).
Document security procedures, policies, and incident reports.
Stay up to date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Experience in network security, firewall management, and threat detection.
Strong expertise in firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet), IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions.
Experience with VPNs, endpoint security, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
Proficiency in penetration testing and vulnerability scanning tools.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
