Job Summary We are looking for a customer-service driven IT Systems Administrator - Tier III who thrives on professionalism and driving solutions for our valued clients. This is a position centered on resolving client issues with computer hardware and software, assisting in designing networking solutions for theSMB space and providing support for a wide array of customer environments. Job Title: IT Systems Administrator - Tier III Location: Louisville Duration: Full Time Salaried Position Pay Rate: $60,000 to $67,000 per year

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop-level user support, printer support, mobile device support, user administration, and basic network and server management as required.
  • Utilize probing questions to gather information from clients and accurately document information within ticketing system.
  • Provide technical support with a focus on client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage time appropriately to meet escalation or SLA requirements.
  • Document time and troubleshooting steps accurately while working to resolve client issues.
  • Update documentation in knowledge base with new or updated information that is discovered during troubleshooting, as well as with replicable (or unique) troubleshooting steps to increase efficiency for the team.
  • Meet or exceed service goals set for department such as SLA responses/resolutions and ticket closures.
  • Participate and collaborate as needed to assist fellow teams and team members.
  • Brainstorm with other team members to identify new opportunities for clients to improve their business with technology.
  • Follow direction from service leadership, project management teams and executives as required.
  • Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
  • Assist with developing and implementing a plan during an incident/emergency as needed.
  • Ability to flex and remediate basic tasks quickly and efficiently, thus signifying ability to close out more straight-forward issues at a quick pace when required by incoming ticket volume, as well as take more complex problems.
  • Function as a technical / process escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved by Tier I and

Tier II Support.

  • Create a positive client support experience and build strong relationships through problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress and handling clients with a consummately professional attitude.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 5-7 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Ubiquiti Networks/UISP knowledge a major plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, Office

365

  • Advanced working knowledge of best-practice security protocols.
  • Data networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, and sub-nets.
  • Works effectively both as a Team member and independently.
  • Proven sound judgement in troubleshooting methodology.
  • Ability to display a positive company image even during moments of tension.
  • Understand and embrace accountability and ownership concepts.
