We’re hiring recent CDL-A graduates for OTR truck driving positions . Get hands-on experience, guaranteed pay, and long-term earning potential with scheduled raises.

Paid Training & Orientation

• Paid Training: 4-6 weeks (200-250 hours) of behind-the-wheel experience before driving solo
• Paid Orientation: Earn $300 during orientation
• Travel & Hotel: Provided by the company at no cost to you

Pay & Benefits

• Post-Training Pay: $0.56 CPM with weekly earnings averaging $1,300
• Mileage: 1,600-2,200 miles per week
• Pay Increases: Raises every 3-6 months , up to $0.64 CPM after 5 years
• Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight , 50% drop-and-hook
• Home Time: 14 days out, 2 full days at home (option to take the truck home)
• Rider & Pet Policy: Available after training completion

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (Must be at least 21 years old )
• Clean driving record (No at-fault accidents, major tickets, or suspensions in the past 3 years )
• No DUIs in the last 5 years (No more than 2 lifetime DUIs , if prior to obtaining CDL-A)
• No prior terminations from previous employment
• Must pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screens
• Criminal records reviewed by the safety team
• Employment history: No large gaps ( maximum of 6 months in the past year and 1 year in the past 3 years )
