Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Non-CDL Delivery Driver plays a key role in achieving regional sales goals by ensuring the safe, timely, and
accurate delivery of products to stores and supermarkets within an assigned route. This position requires a
strong focus on customer service, as drivers interact with store personnel to verify orders and address any
issues or concerns. Responsibilities include loading and unloading products, maintaining accurate delivery
records, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and traffic regulations. The Non-CDL Delivery Driver is
integral to maintaining positive customer relationships and supporting the company’s commitment to quality
and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The following responsibilities represent the general duties associated with this position. Actual duties may vary
depending on the specific requirements of the role.
  • Review and obtain daily routing information, including stops and customer billing details.
  • Plan and organize the delivery route to ensure efficient operations.
  • Safely transport products to customer locations and unload them from the vehicle.
  • Merchandise products as needed, following customer specifications.
  • Collect payments from customers when applicable, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Performs additional job-related tasks as required.


EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 6 months of commercial truck driving experience, including the operation of standard
  • transmission.
  • Experience in using a pallet jack, store dolly, and store jacks.
  • Relevant training or certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, including computers, handheld devices, phones, fax machines,
  • copiers, and calculators (Preferred).
  • Strong experience working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings, while
  • ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and address
  • their needs effectively.


EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Relevant training or certifications


REQUIRED/ BACKGROUND

  • Pre-employment drug and background screening
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • DOT Medical Card (Must obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • Must meet the company's driver qualification standards as outlined in the MVR guidelines.

Canada Dry a competitive salary of $25 (hourly rate based on role in CBA) per hour with opportunity for overtime and holiday premium pay. Excellent benefits which include
medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begin the first of the month after 90 days of employment. Five (5) days of sick leave; one (1) week of vacation after a year of service, seven (7) Company Paid Holidays (pro-rated based on hire date) and a 401K Plan with employer match.
