• Rate: $2,368/40-hours

Requirements:

• Active Drivers License, Auto-Insurance, Reliable Vehicle, and clean DMV Report.
• At least one year of Home Care experience
• Mostly Outpatient w/ Acute Care
• Ortho, Neuro, Peds Experience
• Candidates' Permanent Address(will not consider local candidates - 50 mile radius restriction).
• Michigan license
• BLS (AHA)
