  • Communication Powerhouse: You’ll be the main point of contact, addressing borrower questions with a level of service that leaves them raving about their experience.
  • Mortgage Product Knowledge Expert: Stay current on FHA, VA, CONV, and USDA products so that you’re ready to handle any client scenario with confidence.
  • Process Leader: Communicate effectively with the loan officer, processor, operations team, and all relevant parties to maintain smooth, synchronized operations.
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle loan issues head-on, resolving challenges before they escalate and ensuring clients stay on track for closing.

Who You Are:

  • Proficient in DU, LP, and mortgage software with a thorough understanding of procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
  • You’re a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, making every client feel valued and every team member supported.
  • Ready to support top-performing Originators by creating a seamless, coordinated, and CARE-ing experience for clients and referral partners alike.
