Oral Surgeon 

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an exceptional Oral Surgery opportunity in Sarasota, Florida.

This is a well-established, PPO-based practice known for its excellent patient flow, strong internal referral system, and supportive, fully staffed specialist team. Located along Florida’s Gulf Coast, Sarasota offers stunning beaches, vibrant arts and culture, top-tier dining, and a high quality of life.

Salary and Benefits

• Paid on Percentage of Collections (commensurate with experience)
• Annual Compensation Range: $400,000 – $500,000+

Responsibilities

• 4 Days Per Week (Ideal Day Off: Tuesday)
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends or evenings
• Consistent schedule in a high-efficiency clinical environment

• Provide comprehensive oral surgery services

• Work in a fully staffed specialist office with strong clinical support
• Collaborate with two in-house Periodontists and the broader dental team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of care
• Deliver patient-centered, compassionate treatment
• Utilize modern technology in a fully digital office

Requirements

• Clear and Active Florida Dental License
• Completion of an Accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program
• Active DEA License
• IV Sedation Permit (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-specialty environment
