Location: Tucson, AZ 85714
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Some Travel Required
Salary Range: $52,000 – $65,000 (Based on Experience)

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Processing Sales Representative to join our team in Tucson, AZ.
Position Summary:
This role is responsible for managing incoming sales orders, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team. Ideal candidates will have experience in the medical device field—particularly within respiratory care—and exposure to pulmonary, lung centers, or similar clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders from entry through delivery
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics, billing) to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing product information, pricing, and order updates
Support outside sales representatives with account information, quotes, and order follow-ups
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
Travel locally or regionally to customer sites as needed for support and relationship development
Stay informed on product offerings, respiratory industry trends, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in order processing, sales support, or inside sales (medical device industry preferred)
Familiarity with respiratory products and/or experience working with pulmonary or lung centers highly desirable
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work on-site Monday through Friday
Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
