Orthopedic and Trauma Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position Location: Greensboro, NC Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12s Days Pay: $1959/week Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic and Trauma Registered Nurse (RN) to care for patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, fractures, surgeries, and traumatic events. The RN will provide direct patient care, manage complex treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote healing and recovery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assess, monitor, and provide care to orthopedic and trauma patients. * Administer medications, wound care, and post-operative treatments. * Assist with mobility, physical therapy coordination, and pain management. * Educate patients and families on recovery plans, safety, and home care. * Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes. * Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital safety and infection control protocols.
