What You'll Do:

Identify and connect with potential clients to grow our customer base.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with businesses in need of staffing solutions.
Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals-we celebrate success!
Partner with our internal recruiting team to deliver top talent to your clients.
Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the game.

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of sales experience in the staffing industry (required).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A self-starter who's motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Team player who also excels when working independently.
