Durahome Painting Plus, a premier painting company based in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a dynamic Painting Project and Production Manager to join our passionate team. Position Overview:

• Industry: Painting
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
• Location: On-site at our Production Department in Minneapolis, MN
• Functions: Project Management, Production Coordination, Accounting, and Administrative

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple subcontractor crews simultaneously, ensuring project quality and timely completion.
2. Closely monitor budgets to maintain required profit margins.
3. Provide real-time project updates to the owner, customers, and stakeholders using dedicated software.
4. Organize the painting schedules aligning crew availability with customer preferences.
5. Lead the customer journey from initial meetings, site visits, quality checks to final project reviews.
6. Review new projects from estimators and allocate them to suitable crews.
7. Engage with subcontractors to negotiate prices aligning with our profitability standards.
8. Perform quality checks on job sites, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction.
9. Cultivate positive relationships, encouraging Google reviews, customer testimonials, and referrals.
10. Secure final payments upon project completion.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in computer and technology use.
• Prior experience in construction management or estimating is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the painting industry is desirable.
• Robust project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding time-management, multitasking, and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership qualities and ability to work collaboratively.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant asset, but not mandatory.
