Job Title: Part-Time Events Coordinator (Contract)

Location: Denton, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (20 hours/week, with occasional flexibility)

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Pay: $25-30/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal meetings and corporate event logistics
• Arrange and manage catering for meetings and gatherings
• Call and book restaurants, venues, and vendors
• Ensure logistics are in place, including supplies, room setup, and communications
• Collaborate with internal staff for smooth planning and execution

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills (both phone and email)
• Previous experience in event coordination or administrative support
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
