ATC Healthcare is seeking a pharmacist with a minimum of 1 year of experience for immediate hire to join our warm, safe, and friendly team. • Dispense medications accurately and provide consultation to patients regarding their prescriptions.
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide recommendations for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on medication administration, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Participate in immunization programs as required by facility protocols.
• Stay updated on clinical pharmacy practices and advancements in medication therapies.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical pharmacy practices.
• Experience in pediatrics or acute care settings is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
