Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient drug therapies and provide necessary counseling.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and conduct in-service training.
• Assist in formulary development and policy review.
• Administer immunizations and vaccines.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in pharmacy or pharmacology.
• Valid Texas pharmacist license.
• Strong understanding of dosage requirements and pharmaceutical practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Team player with a focus on collaboration.
