You’ll join a collaborative team in a pharmacy environment where your clinical expertise and patient-facing skills will directly impact community health.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range: $115,000 – $123,000 annually
• Health Insurance: 100% premium covered for employee-only coverage; multiple low-copay plans at HFHC facilities
• Dental & Vision Insurance: Offered through Guardian
• Retirement: 401(k) with 100% match on the first 5% after one year; 457 plan available
• PTO: 20 days annually, plus 8 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday
• CME: $2,500 reimbursement + 5 CME days

• Teladoc: 24/7 virtual medical access
• Schedule: Four 10- to 11-hour shifts per week, typically 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• No weekend shifts required

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely and accurately for outpatient and correctional health populations
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and counsel patients on usage and side effects
• Collaborate with clinical teams using eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and assist with daily operations
• Ensure full compliance with nonprofit and pharmacy regulations
• Participate in medication inventory and ordering processes
• Support quality improvement and safety initiatives

Requirements

• Clear and active Florida Pharmacist license
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred; bachelor’s degree considered if clinically current
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience; strong preference for retail experience
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
• Exceptional interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow within a collaborative team
• New graduates considered with strong retail clinical rotations
