Job Summary:

Yalent is looking for an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our client, AllCare, in transforming senior healthcare. At AllCare, we streamline operations to allow our providers to focus on what truly matters—delivering exceptional patient care. As a PA, you'll collaborate closely with physicians and nurse practitioners within a technology-driven, integrated care model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and other providers to ensure seamless care.
• Utilize our technology platform for real-time updates and care coordination.
• Support patients with chronic disease management and preventative care.
• Participate in care coordination efforts led by our medical concierge team.

Requirements

• Active Physician Assistant (PA) license and board certification.
• Experience in Geriatrics, Primary Care, or Psychiatry preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative healthcare setting.
