At AllCare, we prioritize patient-centered care and eliminate administrative burdens, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality healthcare services to seniors. This is a On Demand role with working hours from Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to senior patients.
• Utilize our advanced technology platform to create personalized care plans and enhance provider collaboration.
• Work closely with our medical concierge team to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
• Partner with our team to eliminate inefficiencies in scheduling, billing, and patient communication.
• Contribute to a care model that improves patient satisfaction, retention, and health outcomes.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD/DO) and board certification in Primary Care, Geriatrics, or Psychiatry.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in California.
• Passion for patient-centered, technology-driven care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an integrated care team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
