Job Title: Campus Police Officer

Location: Arkansas State University – Mountain Home, Mountain Home, Arkansas

Position Overview:

ASUMH seeks applicants for a full-time Campus Police Officer. This position is responsible for the effective operation of the University Police Department including planning, organizing, and managing the activities of the department while providing personal, equipment, and real property security for faculty, staff, students, and visitors. Protecting a large population of students, at multiple locations, presents unique challenges that influence the operations and decisions of campus police.


Qualifications:


Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, must be certified by Arkansas Law Enforcement Certification Training Commission and Standards and must possess a valid Arkansas driver's license.


Compensation includes an annual salary commensurate with background and experience, and a comprehensive benefits and leave package.
