Location:  Raymore, MO

Schedule:  Flexible – (Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN)

Do you have a passion for pediatric care and serving medically fragile children and young adults? We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team to provide one-on-one private duty nursing in a home setting.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver individualized, compassionate nursing care to clients with complex medical needs
• Monitor, assess, and document changes in health status and treatment responses
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
• Support and empower families through education and collaboration

👤 Who You Are:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)or Registered Nurse (RN) with active Missouri or Compact licensure
• Experienced in or passionate about pediatric and/or young adult care (home health experience is a plus)
• Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
• Committed to delivering safe, nurturing, and high-quality care
• Strong communicator with a professional, team-oriented attitude
