Job Description

We are looking for a talented, responsible person with a proactive attitude to join our team. As a UI/UX product designer, you will be responsible for designing the user interface, building the business logic of the product, and ensuring that it is visually appealing and easy to use for the target audience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of UI/UX experience (on commercial projects);
• Work experience with Figma;
• Experience working in a product-focused team;
• English (Upper-Intermediate and higher);
• Scrum process & Agile approach understanding;
• Following the principle of design from the whole to the individual. From a sketch in a notebook to a detailed functional prototype and layout for desktop publishing;
• Focus on the effectiveness of the solution not only in terms of user-friendliness, but also in terms of business;
• Understanding of the principles of web development and application development;
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting user research to gather feedback and insights on the product;
• Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts;
• Collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure that the design is feasible and meets the needs of the user;
• Creating visual designs, including typography, color schemes, and layout;
• Continuously iterating on and improving the design based on user feedback and data.
