About the Role

As Product Designer , you’ll work across research, UX, and UI, collaborating with product managers and engineers to design tools that tackle complex problems, from quoting and ordering flows to storefronts, chat, and other CRM-like features. This is a chance to own big features early, learn from a seasoned team, and build experience solving complex user problems.

What You’ll Do

• Turn research into reality — Conduct user research and translate insights into thoughtful, practical designs.
• Design end-to-end — Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for both new features and existing workflows.
• Collaborate deeply — Work closely with PMs and engineers from discovery to launch.
• Shape our design system — Maintain, evolve, and advocate for design consistency.
• Iterate quickly — Test, gather feedback, and refine based on real-world use.

Requirements

• 1–3 years designing digital products (marketplace, e-catalog, CRM or OMS system experience is a plus).
• A portfolio showing clear design thinking, systems approach, and shipped work.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Comfort working collaboratively with high ownership in a fast-moving environment.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
