Weezie is looking for a Production Assistant to support our Creative team in executing photo and video shoots from start to finish. Reporting to the Producer, you’ll be responsible for the behind-the-scenes details that keep productions running smoothly—from prepping product samples and organizing props to coordinating logistics and tracking assets.

This role is highly operational and detail-oriented: you’ll manage shoot schedules and shot lists, handle deliveries and on-set needs, and maintain our asset libraries. It’s a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creative production while learning how a fast-growing modern luxury brand brings content to life. What you’ll do:

• Support the Producer and Creative team on photo and video shoots from prep through wrap
• Gather, organize, and track props and styling items; manage returns post-shoot
• Organize and prep product samples for photography (unpack, steam, label, track)
• Assist in creating and maintaining shot lists, shoot decks, and production schedules
• Coordinate logistics for shoots (deliveries, supplies, catering, on-set needs)
• Support asset management post-shoot: review proofs, make selects, label, upload, and archive files
• Maintain bulk asset libraries (Brandfolder, hard drives, shared folders) to ensure accurate tagging and easy retrieval
• Help with cross-functional communication between creative, merchandising, and operations teams
• Troubleshoot day-of needs on set and provide hands-on support with styling, setup, and breakdown

Who you are:

• This is an entry-level role. 1-2 years of experience in photography/videography production and/or adjacent creative role preferred
• Highly organized with a knack for project and time management
• Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and building relationships internally and externally.
• Creative thinker who’s tuned into cultural and industry trends.
• Proactive and resourceful—you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable being on your feet for much of the day and can lift up to 30 pounds when helping with shoot setup or styling.
• Ready to hit the road: this role includes monthly travel to help bring our creative vision to life on set and on location.
