Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday

Payrate: $22.66 to $24.67

Job Summary

To perform a variety of duties including but not limited to: production report preparations, maintaining operating procedures & manuals, entering data into maintenance program, processing returns goods authorizations, simple AutoCAD, inventory cycle counting, planning functions. Position required extensive knowledge of Excel. Ability to report and summarize data through advanced formulas and pivot tables is necessary.

Duties require the ability to work independently, effective verbal communication skills, visual acuity to written and computer screen data, manual coordination and dexterity in the operation of office equipment and the ability to walk around in factory areas.

5. Required to have or be able to obtain a Forklift license

Essential Job Functions

1. Log and track plant performances metrics in regards to safety, efficiency, quality, and shipping performance. Measurements will be taken from numerous M2M and Excel reports and summarized weekly and monthly.

2. Log all departmental production reports. Summarize all data for area supervisor daily.

3. Enter data from daily production reports; compile data and prepare reports by summarizing gauge by vendor, productivity, scrap, and other factors as assigned.

4. Maintain performance reports for Husky, Deck and Plant 2 (Wireway)

5. Upload and maintain RMA photos.

6. Maintain all manufacturing procedures. Ensuring procedures are reviewed by the review date and ensuring the current procedure is the procedure available to employees.

7. Perform VOC and Hazardous Waste Inspections along with maintaining hazardous and nonhazardous inventory.

8. Perform Daily Cycle Counts and reconcile with on hand quantity in M2M.

9. Perform weekly paint inventory and enter data from daily paint production forms. Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and yearly paint usage reports by division and paint color. The data is used for environmental reports for State and Federal such as Air Emission Inventory, Annual Compliance Certification and Title-V semi-annual reports.

10. Reconcile inventory discrepancies while monitoring and summarizing the causes of these discrepancies.

11. Responsible for updating M2M for material being scrapped, reworked and or sent to other work centers for processing.

12. Act as a backup the Materials Manager to schedule production orders and run Planning and Scheduling.

13. PPE required while in the factory floor.

14. Perform other similar duties as required or as requested by supervisor.
