Production Trainer

• Spanish Translator for orientation and production during new hire orientation training period for Debone and Harvest plant
• Spanish Translator for safety material, benefits, and help with paperwork during orientation process
• Develop and promote positive working relationships with peers and leaders.
• Assist on production floor to translate during orientation period
• Assist HR with other tasks needed
• Assist with other duties as assigned by HRM 
• Work closely with production onboarding supervisor and orientation trainer

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills 
• Professional communication and demeanor 
• Excellence presentation skills and ability to foster an atmosphere of teamwork with others 
• Able to work independently 
• Must be willing to work in a plant/industrial environment 
• Able to work a flexible shift if needed 
• Must be Bilingual in Spanish
