Job Overview:
Are you a seasoned Project Manager looking to make a meaningful impact? As the Project Manager, you will work closely with federal stakeholders, applying your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to deliver results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large, complex government projects, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
Collaborate with federal agency staff and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Provide expert technical guidance and project planning support to meet established targets.
Monitor project performance, proactively resolve issues, and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Be readily available to address questions, concerns, and comments from stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and alert leadership to potential risks or concerns.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree with 24 semester hours in business-related coursework, or 10 years of federal contract specialist experience in lieu of a degree.
At least 10 years of experience conducting quality management activities for government acquisitions.
A minimum of 5 years of experience developing acquisition policy and guidance.
One of the following certifications:
DAWIA Level III
FAC-C Level III
NCMA Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM)
NCMA Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM)

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience in areas such as:
Administration of the Government Purchase Card (GPC) Program
Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) processes
Monitoring unliquidated obligations
Experience with process improvement initiatives, performance management, and project control methodologies.
Proven ability to identify user requirements, develop actionable project plans, and present progress updates to federal leadership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
