Job Description

• Part Time - 20 hours per week.
• 4 month contract - May be extended briefly but this is a short term contract to assist with an integration project.
• This worker will be assisting the team with integrations from Veeva to Mac
• Experience level - 3-5 years of experience
• Previous experience managing contracting and invoicing.
• Nice to have technical skills: Veeva Volt, Mac, C3 processes.
• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager candidate with at least 3 years of experience. Candidates should have strong understanding of how to support the HCP and Consumer marketing teams with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support the marketing team through managing projects, as well as facilitating coordination and communication within the department. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• This position will report to a Marketing Director within the Rare Disease Business Unit.

• Successfully partner with creative agencies, MAC, and brand teams to route HCP and patient content through Veeva for distribution via various channels. 
• These channels include print, video, email, e-detail, banners, etc. 
• Manage transition of all approved Veeva materials into MAC system.
• Liaise with agencies and Finance Department to execute expense reports, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, etc.
• Lead C3 contracting and invoicing process for partnerships with patients and HCPs.
• Proactively organize and update master asset library. 
• This includes tracking upcoming asset expirations.
• Ensure marketing assets are in stock for salesforce. 
• Proactively monitor and reorder as needed.
• Support label changes for affected HCP and consumer assets. 
• This includes updating and routing projects through MAC.

• Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 2 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience

• Organization, productivity, attention to detail
