A large healthcare company is seeking a Project Manager to join their Cybersecurity team for a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) rollout project. In this role, the Project Manager will collaborate directly with key development teams to ensure proper MFA setup. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects in an enterprise-level environment, specifically MFA projects. They must be adept at driving the team to meet deadlines and will be responsible for reporting and presenting to stakeholders to ensure project progress is clear. Proficiency in creating simple dashboards with PowerBI to visualize projects is essential. Additionally, familiarity with GRC tools to ensure compliance with regulations such as HIPAA, SOC, PPI, and SOX is required. The candidate will use Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheets to track project success and will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure project success. This team operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring someone who can think quickly on their feet. This is a remote opportunity, and the candidate must be willing to work in CST or EST time zones.

Skills and Requirements

• Over 7 years of expertise in SDLC Project Management with a proven track record in managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) projects

• Proficient in creating intuitive dashboards using PowerBI

• Skilled in utilizing Confluence, Smartsheet, and Jira for effective project management

• Adept at communicating with high-level stakeholders through burn down charts, reporting, and presentations

• Experienced in applying GRC tools to ensure compliance with regulations such as HIPAA, SOC, PPI, and SOX

• Extensive experience in overseeing product development activities

• Capable of instilling a sense of urgency, driving project status meetings, and ensuring deadlines are met

• Must have experience in an enterprise-level company - Knowledgeable in LeanIX and OneTrust processing systems null
