Axis Construction Management , a well-established King of Prussia based commercial construction management firm is seeking a seasoned, energetic Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent, employment opportunity for a dynamic business focused individual; this is not assignment based.

The ideal candidate possess strong presentation skills, is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of commercial construction, very articulate and well respected within the local construction community. This is not an entry level position. We are seeking a unique individual with no less than a 10 year proven track record of managing the entire life cycle of a negotiated deal from conceptual estimating to the punch list. “Plan and Spec” Project Managers need not apply for this position, we seek only candidates with strong Design/Build and pre-con experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Construction and/or Engineering related college degree

· Strong organization and correspondence skills

· Conceptual estimating and professional proposal drafting

· Pre-Construction management skills (able to direct and manage design professionals)

• Computer skills (min) – excel, word, MS project, outlook, etc.
• Computer skills (preferred) -Procore , OnScreen Take off
• ICRA and OSHA certified preferred
• Medical , multifamily residential and hospitality experience
• Proficient with all industry standard documentation (i.e. RFIs, Change Orders, two week outlooks, daily logs, cost controls, scopes, contracts etc…)
