Job Title: Remote Psychiatrist (Licensed in Texas)

Location: Remote (Must be licensed in Texas)

Position Type: Full-Time (FT)

Annual Compensation: $300,000 - $325,000 (Base Salary + Benefits)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Psychiatrist (MD, DO) to join our remote team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. As a Remote Psychiatrist, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients via telemedicine, contributing to their mental health and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients with a range of mental health disorders.
  • Prescribe medications, monitor treatment progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Engage in regular communication with patients via telehealth platforms, ensuring effective and empathetic care.
  • Stay current with psychiatric best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards, particularly in the state of Texas.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current, valid license to practice psychiatry in the state of Texas.
  • Board-certified MD or DO in Psychiatry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatric practice.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage patients in a virtual setting.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility for a 4 or 5-day workweek.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote healthcare team.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms is preferred.

Additional Information:

  • Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months.
  • Annual Compensation: $300,000 - $325,000 (Base salary with annual compensation package).
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, 4 or 5-day workweek options available.
