Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable, high-quality React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Deliver production-ready apps, ensuring top-tier performance and user experience.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to turn concepts into functional mobile solutions.
• Optimize app performance and integrate with backend systems in a rapid development cycle.
• Contribute to technical decisions and uphold coding standards within the engineering team.

Must-Haves

1. React Native Expertise: 5+ years of strong experience with React Native, with a proven record of shipping multiple apps to production.
2. Mobile Development Skills: Ability to create performant, scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android.
3. On-Site Commitment: Willingness to work full-time in New York, NY office (5 days/week).

Nice-to-Haves

1. Experience with Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, or Objective-C for enhanced mobile development.
2. Background in the crypto industry or blockchain-integrated applications.
3. Prior work at a fast-paced, high-growth tech company or industry-leading organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, specializing in React Native and mobile app deployment.
• Proven history of launching multiple production apps using React Native—expertise in iOS/Android ecosystems required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to a high-velocity development environment.
• Passion for innovation and technical excellence—crypto experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York, NY, for full-time office work—no remote options.
